Add a touch of elegance to you event with our beautiful balloon garland. 

An additional $100 installation fee/service charge will be added to your invoice for balloon garlands. This fee is waived if the balloon garland is added to a chosen package. 

A traveling fee of $5.00 per mile will apply for an event over a 25mile radius.
