Kiddy Party Package #3 $3500.00

A 35% nonrefundable retainer fee is required in order to book any event. The remaining balance will be applied to a customer invoice. A $150 refundable security deposit will be added to your invoice for this package.

Setup for 50 guests with SWEET'S TABLE, Kiddy Play Corner, Throne, Coloring Station, Bumper Cars

50 guests total: 40 guests plus kiddy table installation (10 guests)

-5 table linens, chiavari or luxe chairs, cups, napkins, charger plates, placemats, or plates, centerpieces, sign-in/gift table setup, up to 30ft of draping, props, balloon décor, themed backdrop, floor design,

1 kiddy table/kiddy chairs or stools installation (setup for 10), favor boxes or bags, customized chip bags, centerpieces

-Sweet’s table setup with sweets and themed decor (24 cupcakes, 15 candied apples, 15 Rice Krispy treats, and 15 candied popcorn or cake-pops)

-1 Marquee number

-2 Life-Sized Photo Frames with Photos

-Kiddy Throne

-Kiddy Paint Center: Decorative paint center with themed drawings on canvases, paint, paint palettes, and paintbrushes to complete the paintings. Themed coloring pages and crayons will also be provided for the little ones.

-Kiddy Play Center

-Coloring Station

-Kiddy Bumper Cars 

-Sweet's Wall or Candy Cart 

Party packages CANNOT be altered. Additional tables and sweet's tables can be added to any package.

A refundable security deposit of $150 will be added to your invoice for all packages.

All decor and items are the property of Doucet's Designs & Events, LLC and serve as rentals only.

A Traveling fee of $5.00 per mile will apply for an event over a 25-mile radius
